Brief History of Henz
Info: Current Age: 21 Current Residence: Riverside California Gender: Female
I was born in a Lowes that once was a hospital, and spent most of my life in a small growing city called Moreno Valley. I lived mostly in the middle of nowhere surrounded by many animals. Many came and went while I was growing up. During my Junior year of high school I had to move to Louisiana to live with my grandmother in Shreveport. There I graduated high school with decent grades. That summer I moved back to California and lived with another Grandmother in Riverside. Later that summer we moved into a new house, and there is where my current residences lie.
About Me
I'm a pretty shy and reclusive person. I don't open up much to
strangers, unless they talk to me first, when that happens I'm pretty
easy to get along with and can generally be good friends with anybody
if they can tolerate my quirky habits and nature. Other than that, I
can be pretty outgoing if I am around friends and family.
I'm into morbid stuff, like guns, knives, and autopsies. I tend to
laugh in unfunny situations, and have a very dark sense of humor.
Sometimes I can make negative comments that I may find hilarious, but
get lynched due to bad timing. Go me.
Art, music, and science fiction are very relevant to my interests.
I draw a ton, and even write my own stories if I am bored enough. My
art is mostly crap, with a hint of guns, mafia-related stuff, blood,
dragons, and more crap. My written work is the same. I am thinking
something art-related will end up being a future career of mine.
I am very relaxed and laid back. Nothing bothers me, and I guess
that bothers other people. I dunno. The world can be a bad place, but I
tend to focus on more positive aspects of life when I can.
Also, science.
About my Art
My artwork... well, I love to design creatures the
most although I draw humans sometimes. My creatures range from
beautiful dragons to creepy nightmarish monsters. I love to draw all
kinds of stuff... but I'm rather out of practice with cutesy things.
I couldn't draw for shit at a younger age. My humans were just legs coming out into the frame, and my creatures looked like blobs.
At an older age I actually began making up my own monsters and
animals, I even began to make my own little book series about them. One
of them I remember quite clearly, and actually still possess them to
this day is called "Lazy Lizard" a series of short pictures stapled
together about an iguana with a bird and a snake for friends. It was
really cute, and I may post some pictures if I can get ahold of them
again.
Later on I moved onto more complex designs and began making
comics, and from there I got better and better, and well... the image
featured above is one of my most current pieces to date.
I strive to improve, and I have many more years ahead of me... so practice makes perfect right? I currently use a tablet for my digital art, thank god for that. I used to use a mouse.
